Stringers are supplied in 20' lengths and joined on site into 60' lengths.

Exocetus supplied a 40' container as part of the Sea-Tribe order. After shipping to South Africa the container is used as storage for all the kit components.

Back bone components are bonded together in one 55' assembly. A small capping strip stiffens the back bone and assists with dry fit and line up.

Sea-Tribe are building in a custom built marque in Durban. Exocetus went to South Africa in May 2017 to assist with the start of the project advising on build methods.

Sea-Tribe based in Durban South Africa have purchased a complete Excetus DH 550 kit. Here the kit components with additional hardware including engines, generators, hatches, AC and DC distribution components etc are loaded into a container ready for shipment to SA.
Patrick from Sea-Tribe travelled to the UK in August and Exocetus developed detailed design specifications for the Catamaran based on Sea-Tribes plans to use the DH 550 for charter. Exocetus were able to offer a competitive proposal for the supply of additional equipment to be included in the shipment to SA.
