EXO MARINE

The Backbone is pre-formed using laminated Meranti or Util. We use formers to laminate the backbone to the curvature of the hull then we CNC profile to produce a perfect fit onto the bulkheads.

The Backbone is a substantial structure being 11m long with a cross section of 250mm  x 35mm. The Backbone is supplied in 2.4m lengths with scarf joints ready for assembly.
