The Deck skin sections are profiled from Okume marine ply. The jigsaw joints are profiled to guarantee 1mm epoxy joints throughout.

A complete Deck side section can be bonded together on a flat surface and then bonded to the hull structure which ensures an extremely flat surface requiring little or no fairing. The edges of the Deck are extended to allow for trimming to account for any build inconsistencies.
